Interesting.

It shows my knowledge of videogame characters that I don't recognise him. XD. He looks maybe from Mario or something? I never actually played Mario though.

Wow! To be perfectly honest (and complimentary all the same), I almost in some way prefer this look to the king of koopas versus his more iconic representation. If only Nintendo would nurture this more realistically-portrayed style into their next Mario game, I think that it would really inject some fruitful new life into the series. Great job on this highly imaginative and wonderfully crafted interpretation of Bowser!

I'm not the artist of the piece, but I figured I'd answer your question.

Bowser is Mario's arch nemesis in almost all of the Mario games.
